You may close your onexch account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Prior to account closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules, and any remaining PKR balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Upon termination of your onexch account, your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution clauses — shall continue in full force and effect following account closure.
